The Fraser Mills Presentation Centre is more than a sales office—it’s an award-winning architectural landmark and the anchor for Beedie Living's new community in Coquitlam, BC. It was a true privilege to photograph this exceptional project designed by the renowned Patkau Architects.

My photography focused heavily on showcasing the building’s innovative mass timber construction, particularly the dramatic sweeping roof form achieved through cantilevered glulam columns, engineered and built by StructureCraft. Utilizing locally sourced Douglas Fir, this centre beautifully blends the site's rich timber heritage with modern, sustainable design. This gallery captures the stunning architectural details, the unique exterior lighting, and the inviting display suites that define this iconic Vancouver-area project.
